Returns At Esty Design Co. we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are unique and made to your specifications; therefore, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
